Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
MG WORLD TECH INC ("MG AVIATION TECH", "we", "us") is a Florida corporation supplying aircraft components, repair services and supply-chain solutions. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mg-aviation.tech, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We are the controller of the information described here. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you send a parts request or book a demonstration through this website, we collect what you type into the form:
- your company name, your name, email address and telephone number;
- your business address and tax or VAT registration number, if you provide them;
- the part number, quantity, condition and any comment you add to the request.
The address and tax number are optional at the request stage. We ask for them because they are needed for a quotation, an invoice and export paperwork if the enquiry becomes an order — not for marketing.
If you write to us at [email protected] or [email protected], we receive whatever your message contains, including any attachments.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Our servers and our security provider record the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the page or search requested, and the browser's user-agent string. These records exist to keep the site available and to stop automated abuse.
- Search terms. A part number typed into the search box is sent to our servers to be answered. It is not linked to you unless you then send a request.
2.3 What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or profiling trackers on this website. We use Google Analytics to count visits, and only if you accept it in the cookie banner (section 9).
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers by email or through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request — to source the part, quote a price, and reply to you.
- To perform a contract — to raise a purchase order, invoice, ship the goods and handle returns.
- To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records, customs and export-control documentation, and the traceability records the aviation supply chain requires.
- To protect the service — to detect and block automated abuse of the search and the request form.
- To reply to you about our services, where you asked us to, for example when you book a demonstration.
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis (for example the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we rely on: the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract; our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business; compliance with a legal obligation; and your consent where you gave it, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. How long we keep it
- A website request that does not become an order: 24 months from the last contact about it.
- Quotations, orders, invoices and shipping records: for as long as tax, customs and aviation traceability rules require, which is typically seven years and can be longer for records tied to a specific component.
- Server and security logs: a short rolling window, measured in weeks.
When a retention period ends, the information is deleted or anonymised.
6. How we protect it
Traffic to this website and to our systems is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to the application that holds requests is limited to named employee accounts, protected by password and session controls, and every action on a record is written to an internal audit journal. Backups are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not ask for more information than the job needs, which is the protection that never fails.
7. Your choices and rights
Write to [email protected] and we will, within a reasonable time and free of charge:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete what we are not required to keep;
- stop sending you messages about our services.
We will ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody else can obtain or erase your information.
Florida residents. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives consumers rights against controllers above a revenue threshold that MG WORLD TECH INC does not meet; we honour the requests listed above regardless of whether that statute applies to us. Residents of other US states and of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland may have additional rights under their own laws — tell us where you are and we will apply them.
8. International visitors
We are based in the United States and the information described here is stored and processed there, and in data centres our providers operate in other countries. If you send us a request from outside the United States, you are asking us to answer it there. Where a transfer of personal information out of the EEA or the UK requires safeguards, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with the providers concerned.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the website itself.
